They are the same model and about the same price.  Hard to decide which is the better deal.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Here is the second one:  http://www.ebay.com/...=item41766c5557

I don't care for either. First has too many hours for the price. The second is a pig in a poke. PAtience and local ads will usually find you a better deal. Good Luck, Rick

both of those machines are way over priced, the first with those hrs and condition i would give $750 max the second ( basket case) would bring $400 max in my neck for the woods, last year i picked up a 520 for a friend in great shape , less than 1000 hrs, deck, tiller, blower $875, there are lots of gts out there, those machines will likely be on ebay forever unless he finds some foolish soul

Why would you even consider paying $100 more for a junk tractor? Do you even know if it runs?

Having said that, tractor #1 is wayyyy over priced.

Both too high priced.  And how can the second one be in working order when it's in pieces?  :wallbanging:

I would have to agree, I wouldn't touch the 2nd tractor with a big stick.  The first seems over priced, but definitely the better of the two.  I took a quick look at the RedSquare forum and there are a few there for sale as well.  Maybe you should take a look there before deciding.  That would at least give you a couple more options.  Good luck.

Wheel Horse makes good tractors. Keep looking and you'll come up with a better deal.

For what it's worth, I've seen one or two 520's on local Craigslist.  I'm pretty sure they weren't at $1400. maybe about $1000, maybe less.

Ditto. Plenty of better ones out there, "it just takes time". Patience, Grasshopper.

I posted this as a joke.  Sorry if anyone took it differently.  I wouldn't buy either one of these tractors.  I am a Case/Ingersoll fan. I just thought it was funny someone would actually ask $1500 for a disassembled tractor.  If I did something wrong, please let me know.

I think You and I must have the same sense of humor! I got the joke right off. I was going to urge You to buy both so you'd have plenty of parts!

I think I saw the second one a month ago for a lot more money? Hard to believe no one's scoffed it up yet!

Wow!  Does this one come with a car for that price?  Or is it just diamonds on the steering wheel?
