Honestly I have no idea how well it would work. I've never seen another one and the owner didn't know anything about it other than it worked mechanically. Pushing forward spun the blades, but stopping didn't stop them, they would "coast" to a stop. Really tough looking mower tho, I'd love to have one just as a conversation piece!

Idont know what it is about these things but they just fasinate me for some reason! thier so simple but thier so cool lookin or something ! its like a go kart farm trator mix or somethin lol!

They are National Mowers....golf course mowers.......Here's the hot rod one I threw together......I have another frame......I may put one together next year with a varidrive and try and get some speed out of it.

Yeah, that's for sure! There's not a lot of suspension there at all! Those don't even look like very big tires to absorb the shock.
