I have two tractors that are identical except, one has a longer wheel base than the other. Which one will have the shorter turning radius?

If the front wheel are at the same angle the shorter wheelbase will turn tighter.

What does re-shaping the driveway have to do with it?

I'm still trying to figure out why you need to turn the radius on your hypothetical... It's not contagious, is it?
