That looks like a Chevy Blue Flame Six. I think 1962 was the last year for them. A very good engine. Good Luck, Rick

Looks scary, :(  I don't like how the PTO goes right past your legs, I would atleast build a shield to go over it.

This would make one mean puller, or you could use it to pull a 8ft mower! :smilewink:

It would also be pretty snazzy if it had a nice dozer blade or loader. :worshippy1:

Just a couple ideas :thumbs:

$500 doesn't seem to high I guess, a friend of mine might buy it because he needs a engine just like it to put in his grain truck lol :dancingbanana:

That is a very mean looking machine! Although, I predict that somebody will buy it for the engine, before somebody buys it for the entire things.
