What do you mean "suppose"?  Would you dare suggest that the rust would penetrate the integrity of the metal after a tractor is stored outside?

I thought that Bolens used Wisconsin engines.

 

Most tubeframes used wisconsin, but also used Briggs & Tecumseh on some models

This one looks to have the original 6HP briggs in it.
