Nice video , you'll enjoy just using a finger to raise and lower your attachments , the one on my 68 Pk looks the same , if you add a 6 port directional control valve a second cylinder can be used for the blade angle, one position the flow control lever controls the main cyl, , the other the aux cly 1228101618.jpg is used.

That is the same pump Alc. Now does your one valve on the pump, to run the 6 port valve I am guessing the valve on the pump is always in one position to keep the hydraulic flow going at all times?

yes , the 6 port valve only has two positions , I ran a pair of quick disconnects to the front of the tractor and from the same lines to the rear, never used them but just in case . on mine right now only the lift cyl is being used , nothing hooked to the quick disconnects so if you bump the 6 port valve by mistake the pump just goes to by-pass when you move the control handle on the pump. Hope that makes sense ,

A selector valve kind of puts a different meaning on it. You can control one of three alternate cylinders via the same control which would be the lever at the pump. I got it now :D

I would like to install this hydraulic pump on my 800 but don't know who make it, what model number or where you can buy one. Can I download a old and new model illustrated part manual and a manual on how to install on a Bolens 800. Can anyone inform me.

The Hydraulic Pumps were made by Hein werner and they fit almost every tubeframe Bolens
I dont think there are any instructions available for installation as they are pretty self explanatory to attach.

They are not rare so if you keep checking craigslist and ebay you can usually find one at a reasonable price.

... and they fit almost every tubeframe Bolens ..

I know from experience that they won't install on a "late" G10 with the B&S engine without some modification.

:wallbanging: I guess I shouldn't post before I had some coffee :D

Yep, I forgot about that 1 page instruction manual. I now uploaded that manual to GTT, and I edited the post above with the link that redirects to the manual from this site.
