I have a tow behind backhoe with that engine on it.  Army rated it at only 6hp, but all that have since been dyno'd turned out 14hp stock.  Engine is a 4A032.

Here's the manual.

Wow.  I didn't know the Saturn Surplus website was still up and running.  Have you bought anything from them recently?  Their storefront has looked abandoned for years.  I used to buy all sorts of Dodge truck parts (M880) from them cheap.  I assumed he was out of business but maybe he's strictly online now?

It's been a good 5 years since buying parts from them.  Maybe the site is abandoned??  I may attempt contact.

Good to know.  When I used to go there regularly, the front of the place always had stuff sitting everywhere.  The last few years I've gone past and nothing at all is there.  Plus it looked like a few of the windows were boarded up.  Looks can be deceiving, I guess. :D

Hard to believe but I'm pretty sure it was Jay who I dealt with years ago.  I'm surprised he's still there.  I got the impression it wasn't a great place to work.

They used to have smokin' great prices on Dodge truck parts.  That is, until a few of the professional swap meet guys figured it out and bought out most of Saturn's M880 stock and quadrupled the prices.
