Some of you may have seen this on ebay or craigslist a while back, and i decided to get it. I was selling a walk behind and this guy had it. He told me $200  that day only. I got it.

 

I dont know the model, but its a bolens with a wisconsin. This thing has been fully restored and engine rebuilt. I runs great and wors great too. It can easilly be converted back to a regular tractor within 30 min.

 

I just need help identifying it. i dont know model, engine hp or year. I am clueless on the details. i just know its a bolens, with a wisconsin, and 4 seats. It runs and drives great and is fun too. its also my first bolens.

 

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

What are your plans? Leave as is for a toy/parade tractor or convert back to original tractor?

The model tag on these old Bolens was just a sticker. By now your is most likely long gone since the tractor has been repainted.

I havent decided either to keep it like this or chenge it back. The problem is, he took the lift assembly off and bolted lift lever to its mount. And i dont know how the pto on these are hooked up and work. I would love to cut with it but its cool how it is.

where are the model tags on these?

It looks like your tag is gone. It should have been right below the tube on the flat spot by the clutch/brake pedal.

All of the tube frame PTOs are mounted like this.  Some just have a single belt, others have two belts.

i do not have that. so is there a belt in the middle then shafts on front and back? how much are they used? and how are they enguaged?

What is the model number on the engine? It looks like it would be good for picking field tomatoes.

can someone post some pictyres of the pto enguagement assembly, the lift assembly and their front end?

 

if i can figure this out, i can convert it back. What does the lever do in front of the parking brake? and what is supposed to go in the hole behind it on the dash?

 

so is this a 850? i am gonna order decals.

 

P.S. notice the 5 foot long steering linkage...
