Will a engine head off a hh110 fit a hh120 ???

It will fit, has the same bolt pattern, don't know if the head has a different volume. ???

That's true, the head will fit either engine, but you might still want to check that your tin will fit the head, the later model heads have "ears" that the tin bolts to, the earlier ones don't.
