I'm in the process of restoring a MTD 990 and need the rear Cat 0 lift arms , they're called draft bars on parts assy . Condition not important , If incomplete that's OK too . I have the ability to fabricate missing parts .

Email me a price shipped to 41051 .

Thanks , Jess

I believe the 990 draft bars are 1-1/2" plain flat stock, 3/8" thick? maybe thicker. with 5/8: holes on each end, all you need is the length, a metal saw, and a drill, or drill press

If someone could give me dimensions I could make me a set .

Between Tractor Supply and my welder , making them wouldn't be a problem .

The last 3 point that I shipped cost me $30. and change, So it depends on how much of it that you need.

I don't have the bracket for the top link or the top link. Also this has a fairly heavy bar across the back to make it usable for a drawbar.

I was going to offer the complete tractor for $300. with the deck however it seems that i'm more than likely going to part it out. This is a good running tractor. It is missing the wheels for the deck other than that it could be easily used to mow with. If you want or need some other parts it would be simpler to ship them all at once.

It is a good deal but , he's 3 states over . All I need is the two lift arms , The rest of the tractors isn't  in that bad of shape , even the plastic dash is in good shape .

I have the manual , but it doesn't give the lift arm dimensions .

It doesn't look like anyone is gonna give me any measurements .

Arti shoot me a email if you want to sell those lift arm .

I just looked around on my computer and apparently I never saved a copy but I remember someone actually did up a full set of drawings for the lift arms.  I don't have time to search right now but they were over at MTF, maybe even in the MTD stickies forum??  If you look around a bit over there you'll find they're exactly what you're looking for.  I remember they gave dimensions for the offset and may have even given the radius of the bends.

Canawler , I found those drawings you were talking about on MTF for the MTD rear lift....Thanks

Texas Deere , thanks for the offer , but I think I'm set now ...

I'm going to look into making a set or possibly modifying a set made for another model GT .
