I am planning on restoreing it. Thats why i needed to know what kind and does anyone have any idea about what color and what the origalnl motor is?

I believe that is a 1962, 1963, or 1964 tractor.  .....The engine may not be original.

my other ? is underneath the frame there is a pulley has a belt going to it off the motor but does not go to the transmission any idea what thats for

Most likely that is to drive a rotary mower attachment.
