Ok guys, everyone that plans to come, please reply to this post.  Once you do, I will add your name/names to this post for an easier viewing.  If a non-GTT member is coming with you with their own tractor, please incude the tractor count.  Also state total number of people with you so I can have an idea as to food required.

Number to the left is a running count of tractors, bottom right is total people count.  Last year we had at least as many people stop by just to watch & see what was going on as we did participants.

0:    Erica & George (no tractor)

2:    Olcowhand (Teresa & I) at least 2 tractors

8:    Alabama/TN guys:  Robert, Chad, Drew, Justin, Stewart, D. Pike (6 tractors)

9:    Doug L

10:  Meangreen (Fred & Denise)

11:  Casey (wvbuzzmaster)

12:  Grumpy (& Virginia)

13:  twostep

14:  DHI

17:  TD&H, TT Jack, KennyP

19: dropped82 (& son)

20: Tahoe

21: Sacsr

22: Nashcub

22: Supplyseargent & Son aka "Egg guy" (no tractors)

23: BairleaFarm

24: jimmymc2286

27: 3 more from down south (not GTT members)

29: 2 guys from my feed company                                            (37 people total)

Updated totals as I know it at this time.  Looking like a great crowd this year!  I know there will likely be as many spectators as us participants, or more.

Worked on Tahoe tonight, not sure what I was dreading so bad. Other than 1/8 turn at a time, hose was fairly easy to access, too longer to let fluid drain than getting hose off. Picking up hose tomorrow and hopefully back on by dark...which is coming waaayyy to early this days.

After hose removed, worked on trailer,  got first metal flat bar drilled and bolted down, at least 2 more to go, finish wiring and trailer will be ready.

Haven't even thought of tractor, it's filthy and still in mowing trim!

Yes it is!!! No worries... I think most of us like our tractors in work clothes and you've got another 4 nights to get it switched over to plowing dress. I'm kind of worried how mine is going to mow with an additional 150 pounds on each of the rear wheels... Guess I'll find out Thursdsay (I've mowed EVERY thursday since early in the summer btw).

Just show up, that is all that matters. My kubota will be there to plow with. It might not be as fast as those JD's but it'll still turn some dirt (using less fuel too :smilewink: ).

IF you do go to KY, and don't take a tractor, I will be more than glad to give up one of my tractors so you can turn some dirt.

This is determination boys..... broke out the spot lights and mosquito spray and work past dark to get the floor bolted in the trailer.

Good trailer floor and a non leaking power steering hose in the Tahoe :D

Just got to finish wiring and prep tractor and I'll be good to go!

Weather forecast at the weather channel says 70% rain chance of thunderstorms Saturday.  If it rains too much to plow, then we'll just have a good social event.  I will see if I can make some room in the tobacco barn in case.
