Is the asking price a good deal? How about the GT, is it well built?

They are well built machine, nothing like you will buy today.

From the pictures, looks to be either 69 or 70 SS12. Has 12 horse Tecumseh with 3 speed tranny plus hi/low making it 6 speed.

Motors are good old motors, but Tecumseh is out of business and parts are getting hard to find. It will have the Solid State ignition, 40 yr old used replacements on Ebay going for 200-250, but there are cheaper modern day alternatives so don't let that scare you.

It has the larger 5 blade disc, potato plow which can be hard to find, looks like 8" moldboard plow, 2 disc hiller and the rear blade both look homemade.

Tractor itself maybe $400, then I would say maybe another 400 for implements. I personally wouldn't go over 800, maybe pushing 900 if he caught me on an off day.
