This is for parts 1980s Craftsman II gt18? 18hp Horizontal shaft Briggs.

Engine runs, doesn't smoke.Fuel pump Will need rebuilt Runs with the Choke pulled partly out.Good tranny and the Body is pretty straight.Steering gear needs some attention and it needs front wheels and tires and a battery.

It runs and moves.

Looking to get $150 for it.

If I had something to put the engine into I would of scrapped the tractor a while ago.I used the original tires and rims on another tractor.

Will throw in a bunch of old Lawn Boy mowers for an Additional $40.2 in the front run good Bricktop will need a condensor and the other one is low on compression. It's just an engine Sitting on a spare deck, not bolted down.

Will trade everything for Bolens 600,800,900,1000 tractor or Sears Custom attachments and parts.I can not drive Yet.No drivers license. To many speeding tickets. :wallbanging: :wallbanging: So delivery will not be possible.

Thanks for looking.

That is a heck of a deal all. If you buy that and throw a few hundred more dollars in to it, you can have a tractor halfway comparable to my Caterpillar, same base tractor. I know you all seen the Caterpillar in action.

As soon as I get other tires 4.80 x 8 for on the front of my Custom 10xl I'll put the front tires back on it.PO bought 2 New rims with new Dust covers and Front tires,Seat and new DieHard Gold battery for it a couple months before I got it.I'm keeping the battery lol

Since I've owned it I rebuilt the Starter New starter gear,Brushes and Bushings and cleaned the commentator.Cleaned the carb and put new Solenoid, fuel filter, fuel line and new throttle cable.

I'm using the rear tires on my 10XL.I really didn't like the narrow 6.5" rears on the Custom and the Wider ones look Sooo much better. They are 23 10.50 12 with tubes in them.

I got more money in it than it's worth IMO.I'm not Firm on the price but I'm hoping to sell it for enough to get something to use with the 3 point on my little Custom.

I'll put All of the original tires on it if someone wants to swap for a Bolens 600,800,900,1000 or another Custom 10lx.

Shoot me an offer if your interested.

Not at all, I paid $250 for mine in similar condition as yours and mine was painted yellow! :bigrofl: besides that it is worth $150 at the outgoing scrap price of $400 a ton, as I saved one just like it in broken condition for parts out of the scrap yard for $150.

If you were closer and I had room I would buy it for $200.
