Like the title says. I don't usually answer the phone if I'm the only one at work because most of the time its someone thats expecting me to know where exactly there parts are or when there tractor will be done. But today I was in the office when it rang so I picked it up. The person said he had a 1960's tractor that ran when he parked it but now it would'nt start. If we wanted it we could have it. I told him we'd take it and got his address and number and told him that we'd call in the next day or so to come get it. All he told me was it had a Kohler engine and it had chains and loaded tires. I did'nt ask what make cause I'm the type to ocassionaly look a gift horse in the mouth. Called him late this afternoon to go get it right after I left work and when I got there I was figuring it was going to be nothing more than a parts machine. When I pulled up to his house there sat a near mint original condition Cub Cadet 124 with a snow plow right next to it. After I got out to talk to him and load it I saw another tractor sitting right behind it with a 48" mower in the same shape as the tractor. It has the original lights, seat, tires with almost no weather cracking on them (maybe one or two small ones each and that might just be dirt) and reflectors. Plus the deck doesnt look like it has had much use. Its going to need new rear rims as the calcium was put in with no tubes so there rotted out, but I have another set that are good with bad tires on them Heres some pictures untitled.bmp 2.81MB 121 downloads untitled2.bmp 2.81MB 48 downloads untitled3.bmp 2.81MB 52 downloads untitled4.bmp 2.25MB 36 downloads untitled5.bmp 2.25MB 33 downloads untitled6.bmp 2.25MB 39 downloads untitled1.bmp 2.81MB 35 downloads
