I have this bolens 1256 garden tractor for sale // trade $1500 is my asking price

402 590 7724 call or text any time

some research has shown me that it was built between 1970 and 1972
this tractor although it has faded paint is in decent condition , it has a foot controlled hydrostatic transmission
as well as hydraulic lift for the attachments
I have done some work to the tractor and it is operational as it sets but for it to look right it needs the hood mounted and a proper fuel tank found for it
work i have done includes replacing the 12HP wisconsin engine which was dead with a 16 HP briggs and stratton Vtwin it has loads of power I also installed new belts

I also have a full set of attachments for this machine
including 42in mower deck 48 inch snow blade and 42 in snowblower and a rear mounted cultivator

I am looking to trade this machine and several other things for a camper/travel trailer

Shucks, that guy is just a misdemeanor.

For a full fledged felon:

I swear, these guys must be having some sort of contest to see who can come up with the most overpriced tractor.

As far as I'm concerned, ripping out that Wisconsin proves the guy to be a nut.

He'll be sitting on that for a while. That's not even close to decent condition, and the paint isn't faded.... It's called rust.

What a mess.

Wouldn't touch that tractor with a 10 foot pole!

As I have been saying......In my opinion all the "what's it worth" threads are the root cause of all the crazy prices :(

Look at the bungee cords that come with it to hold the (gas tank) on I think and then whom ever gets it has to go to Oregon-now who in the world lives out there.

You don't think it's worth $400.00 with Hydraulic lift unit. Ag's, Tiller and it has the right engine in it as best I can tell. I don't think I'm too far out of line and I wanted to give him a better understanding of what it might realistically bring.
