Not computer related, but question for those who are "tech savvy"?  I use a simple "dumb phone" , an AT&T Pantech, works fine outside.  Problem is, we live in a house with steel siding, so it doesn't work well inside.  The finished, walkout basement  has plenty of widows on the south side (don't know what direction to the cell tower we use).

Anybody know of a booster/antenna that does work, that might help in my situation?  ~~  Lowell

I don't know about phones, but trying to get WIFI in my shop, I have to have the roll-up door open and the computer sitting in front of the door close to the front to get a decent signal.  I'm going to try and network extender inside the shop and put it in front of the window with the screen off and see how that works.

I use a wilson db pro system. And I used the zboost app from Google market (smart phone needed to use it) to point me in the direction of my best tower. I went from 0-1 bar to full bars. It reall works but was $360
