I like those Ford tractors. Looks like you made a good deal. Good luck with the resurrection!

Got it running today, no smoke..........I'm happy. Took the carb off my 100. Called a guy up the road and he has a carb that fits this, so I got that for $20........looks clean inside, will clean it up and put it on. The hydro seems to work on the stands anyways.......The exhaust and gas tank needs some work, but I know this one will be a good one. The PTO shaft could use some new bearings. There is an idler pulley on the other side of the engine....has a flat pulley that goes on the back side of a belt.....It doesnt line up with the PTO pulleys........Don't know what its for.....Maybe something for a blower?

scrape, scrape, scrape....clean, clean, clean.......paint, paint, paint

That was a great find there Poncho! I've always liked the Ford Garden Tractors. My neighbor had one years ago, but sold it a couple years before he passed away. If I ever run across one for sale I may just have to buy it! Congrats on getting it running, that's one hurdle down!

I've always been an IH and Wheelhorse guy, but I'm really liking these Fords. Made well
