HI ALL, Well its 5 in the morning, cant sleep, last night around 12 i was putting in some wrench time on a 70s wheel horse c120 stripping her for parts, to me thats a sin but i found her at the junkers, commented to the guy about what a waste, said if i could pull it out i could have it for $10, well its home now but beyond repair, frame twisted, part of the deck crushed, but i got a good kohler 12hp that runs with a little gas sprayed in the carb, hood, a good donar deck for spindles  some rims and the rear end, anyways  i was trying to get this pain in the tuckus rim off , i used and impact, no go, heat and impact no go 18 inch no go, then my 24 inch, no go,needless to say its winning for now but i heard my shoulder pop and have been walking the halls all night in big time pain since, probably should go to the hospital, cant lift my arm much over my waist, worst is i am suppose to mud a ceiling today, not going to happen, why is it the free stuff causes the most problems?

Get to the doctor quick. The longer the joint is out the longer it will take to heal. Good Luck, Rick

Sorry to hear this. My father has had both shoulder joints replaced and it's no fun. I second the Get to the doctor quick recommendation above!

Free and / or cheap is always great but they do always seem to be the ones that bite you physically. Hope you get to the doctors and get that shoulder on the mend.

farmer john, like several of the members have said, get your A- - o the doctor now, if it is bothering you enough to keep you up and then write about it--to the hospital E.R. like it or not.

Sounds like a rotator cuff tear. Lets hope not. I did both of mine at different times and It is not a something that was quick or easy. Find a good doc and get it checked out if your not better by Monday morning. Good luck.

I agree, go to the doctor ASAP.  Even if it isn't anything at least you know and can relax and let it heal

You might have broke your collar bone! Or, it could be a tumor. Only your doctor knows for sure.

Messed up shoulders are no fun. I have a permanently dislocated lift shoulder from a 4wheeleer accident. Doc said I could have surgery that may fix it and may make it worse. For now I am holding off on it.

thanks for the info,  this has been an on going problem for me for the last 5-7 years, it never gives me any warning but this time it really hurt, saw a surgen 3 or 4 months back, need a replacement but he said i would not be able to work with it, duuuuhhhh!!!! it only hurts when i work with it so if i cant work why get it fixed? does he need an addition on his million dollar cottage? these people have no idea how the real world works, years ago my arm got crushed at work, put over 100 stitches in it and a cast, well 2 weeks later some joker comes over from the insurance company and here i am with one hand , my left .trying to do some chores, well she cut me off my benifits and told me to get back to work, the company laughed, i am a industrial mechanic, no way was i going back but it took me 6 months to get my benifits reinstated, why did god make so many fools and idiots. PS i borrowed my friends snap on cordless impact cranked it to high and it quickly snapped the nut and stud off, i will redrill and tap later thanks
