I'd be glad to bring 2 or 3 dozen. The only bakery I'll be near is Hadorn's in Bardstown, they don't open till 7 on Saturday. Will that get me there early enough to help out setting up?

I sent you a PM on the rolls.

I would think 2 or 3 dozen would be enough.  Don't worry about helping set up.  Not that much to do really.

I did not speak up for the donuts since I am not sure when I am getting there. Can bring drinks, chips or any thing else?

For lunch, we have 120 various cans of soft drinks, and will have bottled water as well.  We have a box of 50 snack size chip bags.   Already have crackers for the chili, 80 disposable bowls, and plastic forks/spoons.  I think we're in good shape.  All depends on how many show up to watch at lunch time.  Anyone can bring anything they'd like, but nobody needs to feel like they should bring something though.  Oh, and Denise is having a cake made up also.  Forgot...we have 90 Oscar Mayer hot dogs, but will wait till Friday to pick up the buns so they'll be fresh.

I'll bring 3 dozen then. Of course, you've done most of the hard work already!

I'm finishing up some last minute things on Dad's MM 108. It will be time after lunch to load up and go home to pack my clothes and head north towards Tulsa, OK. to get Kenny. Should be at Kenny's in the morning, get loaded and start East towards KY and the PlowDay. :dancingbanana:

Well, I'm about 40 miles from Dans place, and it's raining here! Looks like the ground might be perfect.

Hasn't rained much yet, but any at all will help! More chances all the way till plow day.  70% chance Saturday.  Bring your poncho, you can always plow long as it doesn't rain too much!

And I cannot have a rain date no matter what happens.  Once Saturday has passed, this ground needs the winter wheat drilled in right away, and all the other ground out here hasn't had the trash mowed & removed, and I just don't have time to do that.  The ground we plowed last year has to have manure spread on it asap, so this Friday & Saturday is our only shot.

Daniel, Have you herd from Chuck McGee lately? Is he coming this year?

I emailed him & he had no idea the time was near. He's been awfully busy.  He didn't say either way about coming.

I have yet to get my truck back from the dealer, as they are waiting on the ring and pinion set... Hopefully they get those tomorrow and I get my truck home in time to leave Friday...

Is everyone going to the plow grounds Friday evening to hang out?
