Hi Folks,
Looks like the Plow Trac is a Midland.
I have replaced the muffler, dasmantled and cleaned the carb and replaced the throttle cable.
She runs like a dream. I have even driven it around the yard. Here are some picts.
Note I have removed the drive belt. The motor is running in the pictures.plow trac 001 copy.jpg

IMGP1705.jpg I guess it is time for an update: I sandblasted the rusty rims and painted, replaced the tubes and loaded the tires. I welded up a sulky: Word of warning: lock the hubs before going down hill ( the clicks just keep getting faster, and no brakes )(( I wonder if the guy on the owners manual with the cart of bricks noticed this)). Now for the opinion poll... Should I paint the tractor? I like how much of the original paint is sitll there. Where can I find a cycle bar mower? I would like to do some high grass mowing. As a note the Plow Trac is more fun than the go cart I never had as a kid!
