the insulation on my electric clutch is beginning to peal away. Is it ok to fill it back in w/ liquid fiberglass? Or is there something else I should use? Thanks.

It may be overheating because of slipping. You had better inspect it closely. I use liquid electric tape that I bought years ago. Good Luck, Rick

I'd suggest liquid tape also but would also inspect  adjustment
