My 2418 has the snowplow option and I was wandering if that was rare option. It really is a nice setup . I'll be switching mine form the bucket to the snowplow soon .

From what I have read and seen, the loader was more often put on the 16" rear wheeled tractors and they are a fairly rare option. Wish I had one for mine!!!

I bought mine it had someone made changes to it.The front spindles were shortened and the front axle was lowered by a thick plate welded to the frame.my guess they bent the original ones. It must have been used hard. It had 16 1/2 x 7 truck brake drums filled with concrete for rear wheel weights and the tires are filled .0403091750.jpg

Their welds on the front held up better then the factory front hubs , had a stamped steel one break last summer , had to dig out a cast iron one I kept for a spare .
The a full loader put a lot of weight on those front wheels .

Yup, loader puts a LOT of strain on those front ends, not the first modified front I've seen on the loader equipped PKs. Do you have the single or double transmission set up?

No the 2418 only has a single trans, my other Economy is a 1612 Jim Dandy with the duel transmissions .That one has a rotortiller . That was my first Economy. Bought that one over 20 years ago.
