I am looking to build another diesel for next year and want to go bigger.
Our rules are a little strange so it may be hard for you guys to understand but i need a <50ci motor 2 or 3 cyl that i can easily build into a smoker tractor with a turbo and lots of fuel.
I am thinking a kubota d722 or d782 and putting a garrett gt06 turbo on it.
But i want your guys opinions on it as to what would be the easiest to make power without spending an arm and a leg to get there.
Is there a kubota diesel that is direct injected that is smaller than 50ci or 819cc's?

Try here. It lists all the models prior to 2013. http://www.kubotaeng...-engine-line-up

I havent seen that list before but it looks like i have to get up to a 1000cc motor to get a direct injected motor.
I tried to find a yanmar and it looks like a 3tbe72 or something like that looks like the one.

If you can find a Lombardini twin diesel, Simplicity used them their a 48 cube twin.  Little suckers can really run with a little effort.
