You Bolens guys missed a super auction this past Thursday evening in Coudersport,Pa,,I wound up with a loaded trailer, bed and back seat, prices were very good,if it would have been closer I know I could have bought all the tractors,I did wind up with all the NOS parts,a 1886,2-1476's,a Ridemaster, walkbehind, tube frame snowplow, tube frame frount reel mower, large frame mower deckalso several used parts,,I had to pass on 2 Ride-a-matics,another Ridemaster,900,1220,and a couple others, now the downfall,I know better than this, always check your slips to make sure you got everything, somehow I left a nice G-10 that ran, payed $25.00 for it,can't cry though, very happy with all I got, there were also several other attachments, mostly rough but would have been good parts

It never ceases to amaze me that auctions are held on week days. Especially in out of the way areas like Coudersport where some travel time will be involved for most potential buyers. Seems to me like a way to minimize profits for the sellers and auction companies.

Coudersport is a great little town. County seat for Potter County. I've got a good friend who lives up that way. I spent many long weekends up there years ago.
People are super friendly in that area.
I'm sure we will be seeing a lot of your nos parts on eBay soon. Good luck With it all.

The guy was an old Bolens dealership near the Poconos, when he moved to Coutersport he took most of this stuff with him,he did buy some of the tractors in that area,I got my work cut out for me going through the NOS stuff,I still have boxes and boxes of parts from a dealership in Claysville I got a couple months ago, I think a bigger gooseneck trailer would have been the answer for sure

They did not make Ridemasters in 1947 Send me the numbers off the tractor and engine and I can date it.
Did you get the numbers off the other Ridemaster?
By the way thanks for letting us know this was going on.................................
I bet some good tractors and parts went to scrap.

You guys down in PA find all the good stuff.... Seems like there were many small mom and pop dealerships down there that sold Bolens Stuff..... Maybe I should move to get in on some of the fun?..........
