Has anyone tried using a 1 1/2" motorcycle drag pipe baffle* on a Kohler engine? I just wondered how much it muffled before I spent the money.

* This is a baffle that goes inside a straight pipe.

If your exhaust is that big it should work.  Usually a baffle in a drag pipe is just going to knock the sound down a bit.  I know Rush mufflers / Pipes you can get different baffles depending on how loud you want it.

Do you want more power? Unfortunately more power = more noise .

I want something a little rumbly for a custom Charger and not too bulky.
