So I was on my way home from dropping kids off at camp when I stopped in at a junk/treasure place up in northern MN.  My usual treasure hunting spot has closed due to the city bringing the hammer down and come to find out this other one is owned by his brother.  Anyway, I'm peeking around the weeds when this thing stares at me...

Case Sleeve Hitch.JPG

Hmmmmm.  Looks like a Case sleeve hitch to me!  As luck would have it, I just bought a Case yesterday.  He told me $20 but accepted the $16 I had in my wallet.  I offered him $15 but he said he was sure he saw another dollar when I was digging around in there.  Sneaky.

2 Questions

Does this fit both the 200 and 400 series Cases?

What is it missing?

Very nice find. It pays to have a few treasure hunting spots even if it did take your last dollar for this find!

I like when you find something like that just when you need it.

I stopped by the same place today and gave him another $4.  It just felt right to do.  I'll admit, it was a "feel good" thing as I then asked him what he wanted for the Case hydraulic tiller in the grass.  $100  If I didn't have a van full of kids on the way back home I would have had a tiller.  Didn't have the hydraulic PTO but part of the fun would be the hunt.  If anyone is interested in where in Northern MN this tiller is just PM me.  I was probably planning to peddle it if I picked it up anyway.
