Years can be a difference. Early had points, later had CDI, then a different CDI...
Be a real good idea to compare engine years and even pics (tins could have been swapped)

As for hh100 vs 120, the big diff is bore, IDK on valves

1446517709 is my serial number. It is a 72. might be looking for a connecting rod. Haven't taken it apart yet.

Good morning, I realize you said "minus the rear half" but I need to ask, do you have the seat pan? I picked up a MF12 minus the seat.

Thanks

John

I just want to point out this thread is almost a year old. It may still be valid, and the poster may still have these parts. We will have to wait and see.

If the poster doesn't have them, I would start a classified ad or contact the site sponsors for more options to get what you need.

John, any chance I can get that "Ed's Auto Repair" decal off you.

My brother, Ed has done some real brutal work on his son's car, and should have

that on his toolbox. :D  :D  :rolling:

I might have a seat pan for you. Which one are you looking for?

Ian, if I can get it off in one piece, it's yours for sure... Maybe some light heat might loosen it up... Any other ideas to get it off in pone piece would be welcomed.

As for the seat pan, it's a MF12 Pan (or whole seat) I need.

Cheers

John

Try using a bit of heat from the back side, to loosen the glue. Not too much.

A hair dryer on low for a bit. Thanks. If you think it's going to get destroyed, leave it.

You may want that on there, for warranty work. :smilewink:

What's the serial # on that 12H? There where 2 different seat pans used. 37/38 or 52.

I know I have some 52s. They'll need new cushions of course. Might have a 37/38. I'll look

soon.
