Gentlemen,

I need a bit of advice regarding the Large Frame snowcasters.

I have 5 of those rascals, and plan on keeping one, and selling the rest, and need a bit of help in deciding which one to keep.

4 of them are the 18044 casters, and one is the 18103.

Would one of those models be superior to the others or are they pretty much equal?

Sell em all, and I'll sell you my two stage blower for say ... $800

J/K of course.

I'm not sure of the difference in the two models you have. But I'm sure someone will. There is one problem with your question tho, you started it out with "Gentlemen" chances are no one will answer. : )

Keep the "Rare" one ..... :poke:

DANG!

That means I gotta keep all of them...after all, on eBay and Craigslist they are all "rare" :rolling:

The 18103 DOES have  SN of 00106, which would make it #6 off the line...but it's the 05 production run :D :D :D

Just looking at them the 18044 (painted red) appears to be in better shape, and has the wings.  The 18103 is green and just a wee bit 'rougher', but still in pretty good shape.

Decisions, decisions

Keep them all. I've learned that I usually regret selling a classic. You just need to build a bigger barn to keep them in( and anything that you may find in the future). Good Luck, Rick

Well, that fella on eBay  is asking $1,050.00 for a 2-stage.

Maybe asking $800.00 for a single stage ain't all that far out of line :bigrofl:

Since you already have them, why not keep the only 18103, and the best one of the 18044's?

You will have decreased your inventory by 3 units, and picked up $2400 in the process! :rolling:
