I have a WH parts machine 12 horse hydro. Are those pulleys the same?

Yes, sir!

Remember, all I need is the main drive pulley (11/8" shaft). It has four holes in it for the flat clutch plate.

I knew.  Back in the early Fabulous Fifties (1950's) the Duncan Yo-Yo trick team used to put on demos in our local theaters and schools.  Everybody, no matter how bad they were at it, always carried one or more yo-yos around with them.  Some had the showy "Whistlier" or a glittery plastic one, my favorite was a plain laquered wood one...

 

Everything old is new again, especially guys that buy JD 1026's.:D

I remember that!  I think it even went into the 60's.

Fascinating.  I really enjoyed his description of finding his passion, I'm going to show this to my boys, show them what can happen when you become passionate about something.

 

I remember "the State of Yo"!
