Still need to get the logistics together for getting it from there to here, but it looks like that it won't be too hard.

The wife asked if we were going to do a road trip go get it.  :rolling:  :rolling:  :rolling:

Gotta love a wife that likes to travel.  :D :D :D

I really enjoy my Flail Mo when the grass is green.  But after it dry's out (it doesn't rain between May and October in California's central Valley),

I prefer the Sickle Mo because it doesn't generate any dust and dirt.

Congrats on the Flail Mo

Ole B, You must hold the record for most total miles travelled to pick up GT's and attachments.  I think it's great that you and your wife turn your GT expeditions into fun trips!

Well, I don't THINK that we will be doing a road trip to get it, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.

Too bad you weren't a little quicker, I was just out there a couple weekends ago. We could have brought it back. Did Steve Johnson have it?

Yes sir, that would be the gentleman.

I just saw it last night on a CL search.

I usually only search in a 400 mile radius, but decided to do a search for Haban for the whole country.

It looks like it was originally posted on 6/24.  I'm surprised that it lasted this long!

He said that he's having to 'down size' because of the County.

He was telling me that he has a friend that is delivering a lot of stuff that he has already sold to the Moline, Il area, and that he will have room for the Flail-Mo.  I'd have to chip in for the gas cost, but that is to be expected.

It's also possible that he will be coming into Ohio as well.  That might not happen until Aug. but I can wait :D :D :D

So it looks like maybe a 'mini roadtrip' might still be in the offing :D :D :D

I'll second the motion to give Old Buzzard an award for rescuing the most machinery cross country and getting it back home.

I imagine by the time its all said and done, you will have one of the better collections in terms of choice pieces, not just a bunch of stuff.  That Haban looks great.  I love the original decal.
