I just got a f50501 sno caster for my ride a matic, these are also used on the versa matics. I am in need of the pulleys. Does anyone have the dimensions or a clear picture of how the pulley set up is on the blower so I can make this functional again.

Thanks

Ok here we go:

Cast iron Pulley

6.5'' OD

9/16'' Hub on one end the other is flush with the pulley.

Width of the groove is 9/16'' (For a 1/2'' Belt)

Idler:

3'' OD

1'' Width

Thank you very much!!

The blower is being shipped to me so I don't have it yet. How is the idler attached? Does it have an arm that goes off the drive pulley to support it?

Hard to tell from the pics but are you missing the idler arm as well?

I think it is there. I'm not 100% sure. Here are some closer pics that you might be able to have a better idea.

Looks like the arm is there.

They used a bushing and grease fitting on the idler similar to the power-Ho's Idler.

They probably only have sealed idlers now in stores so you may have to go with that.

Thanks. I will have to do some searching and see what I can find. Tractor supply probably has the pulleys I need. There aren't many places around here that keep those parts in stock.

Did some searching and found a NOS idler pulley. I have to figure out what size bearing it needs but I think it will work.
