I have been hesitating spending $39 (+- shipping) each for these rollers, Does anyone have a connection for a screaming deal, as opposed to screaming about the deal? I also need a 117" V-Belt.

While rebuilding the Right angle gear box I found that Peerless is now owned by Husky and some part #s have changed. The part no. for the gear box is on a tab under the pully. I had to take the pully and shaft to a shop that had a press to seperate them, cuz I have no press.DSCF0059.JPG DSCF0061.JPG DSCF0063.JPG DSCF0070.JPG DSCF0078.JPG

Upon investigation I see that thr numbers are the same, except for the "PE" prefix, the part number for the gear box was different than my manual, also the seals are different. I will post more data when my notes are found

PN: 780034 is an R14 open bearing; (although I have been told I could have used a sealed bearing and peeled the plastic seal off)

PN:788031 is - http://www.skf.com/g...3&imperial=true

PN: 788029 is - http://www.skf.com/g...&imperial=false

Shipping seems to be extreme with that site.

I found that this one does not charge shipping: http://www.mowpart.c...oller-deck.html

I always had problems with these rollers seizing and bending the roller shaft. I drove the spring pins out of the ends of the shaft to separate it from the height adjusters. I then welded and L-shaped bracket to each adjuster, right hand, left hand. A 5" replaceable hard caster wheel is then bolted to the adjuster. The rear of the deck now behaves better on uneven turf.

Do you have any pictures of your wheel setup?
