I'm not going to try and talk you out of a boat but look around a little I think you could find a better boat pretty right. look for something with a mercruiser/Chevrolet 4 cylinder inboard that's about 120-140 hp an older one can be picked up pretty reasonable and they run great

If it was anything other than a Chrysler I would say it was a good deal! And remember if the engine is junk a decent replacement (used) averages about $100 per HP.

If you decide being on the water isn't what you like any more, you can always go this route. My wifes uncle built this in 2012. He actually drives this around the town he lives in, Oelrichs, SD about 70 miles south of us!

if i trade or not the ole cub doesnt do any work around the house i use the deere for everything. an i planned on water testing the boat first. now arent the force motors an chrysler motors the same?? and ive found used motors in the area around 40hp for about 250-350
