 Imagine the supprise when you tell your wife that your making pasta for supper.. She expects some crappy jar sauce and plain ole pasta..  Out comes pasta with broccoli in it with home made cheese sauce (yes you can taste the difference) and asparagus on the side with a light sauce over em so they look great and kids will eat them...

Who really cares how many hands it takes to crack and egg. All I care about it how they taste.

I used to be able to do it.  I learned in french class in High School.  We did a cooking segment for a semester.  I don't do it anymore, I'm out of practice.
