Here's a pic of it....not your typical articulated....it's a rear wheel steer "front mower".

I have one I am turning into a forklift. They spin around in a circle, two speed, posi, dual brake pedals and a diesel. My diesel was worn out so I am installing  a water cooled 20 HP Kawasaki from a 425 Deere. That thing goes almost 1300 lbs without the deck.

Oughta make a decent forklift!  Yes, much like my John deere F935, and they turn almost as tight as a ZTR!   It's a shame your diesel is thrashed.....gotta love diesel!

I think it will make an excellent forklift.I was actually considering an F930 but I could not get the lift mounted close enough to the front axle. This is the only front mower that I have found that will allow me to mount the lift close to the axle.

Lesson # 1 is that the crankshaft turns a different direction on the diesel than it does on the Kawasaki.I'm not going to tell you how many hours were invested on the swap before I discovered that tidbit of information.
