Boy, it sure looks it.
Do you have any dimensionals on it? Does it go up and down with the lift?

 

I believe it is 32" wide and... IDK for the length of it.  I put 3/4" plywood on top to make it bigger, as I needed to tug coolers and chairs around.  I think it's around 24" or something like that.  It does not go up and down with the lift, as I wanted something that wouldn't flop down when going over rough terrain so I designed it to "lock-over" when the handle is lowered so I don't lose my load.  It can be leveled by using the top-link and the right lift arm.  I'll try and get a video here in a bit.

If you want measurements of the actual fabbed part, let me know.  I can get them sometime.

 

If you wanted it to lift and lower, all you would have to do it put the lower arms where the top link is, and make a bar that extends up and forward from the platform for the top link.  I like my "break/lock-over" system better.
