My Sickle Bar Mower has the old Spring type clutch, and it's slipping, is there any way to tighten it up?

Well I got it apart, man was it tight!!!!

Had to pull out the torch. The old 'heat and beat' method.

It was tight all the way to the end.

I need to find a new disc.
