That's what I thought at first, but the HI-lo lever for the trans-axle is on the left side at the rear. I'm not an expert, but I've never seen one there on a Cman before. It's really hard to tell from that angle. It still looks like a fun project tough! Nice find!

So are you going to make a pulling tractor out of it or what do you plan on doing with it?

found these out in my scrap pile looking into maybe tricycle it ! who knows like i said just piddling on something till i can afford parts 4 another tractor i know of thats just sittin im pretty sure i can get it cheap but needs a rebuild so im trying to stay busy & keep my mind off it!

[attachment=5096:5781.attach]Well got my noname toy up on the stand today pulled the motor evicted the mouse (wasnt happy) tore transaxle down cleaned regreased put it back together & plan on going through motor tommorow if thigs go well ! went by & checked on that other tractor im wanting (its still there) lol
went through my parts inventory to see what all i have i can use to get it going without spending a bunch! turns out i may be better off than i thought! ill probably regret saying that lol!:rolleyes:

I did a thorough cleaning & inspection on complete motor today pretty much all i added were new rings & gaskets ! cant see that it needs anything else checked valves out & had a lil wear but nothin that i would feel bad about using in any other project! I hope to have it all back together tommorow night but wel see how it goes !:dancingbanana:

IDK! shoot me some favorites wont be long b4 its to cold to paint !

Well put in a good afternoon got rear put back together & mounted motor back on & the skins back on it. i have to say i think its commin right along took the rear wheels off an old murray i had in my reserve back in the woods gonna see if i can grind the centers down so theyl fit the front on this lol! :laughingteeth: If i get the tank & the wheels done i plan on test run tomorrow if its pretty out the sun was out for about a whole 5 min today lol!
