Holy smokes Alan! My finger got a cramp in it just from scrolling down all of your pictures! I like it

I don't know if I want to post pictures of my stuff. You guys are all putting my stuff to shame. :(  I don't have near the rare or exciting attachments that you all have. :boo_hoo:

Oh horse feathers... Troy, most of my stuff is mundane in the grand scheme of the hobby, but I had a ball looking back thru pictures for stuff I have. Happy to post them and share, but I will have to pull my post if we don't start seeing some Attachments from Lititz soon...

Where's that "I'm on strike" Smiley? :smilewink:

Ok, Ok, Alan. Boy, you get excited easily! :smilewink:  Here, will this do until I can find the time to dig everything out of the garage, and snap some pictures?

Not sure why the tiller turnbuckle is in this picture but oh well. I guess I get what I get.

Holy crap Alan.

How'd you manage to get the day off work to compile that post?

You sure have a nice collection there. :dancingbanana:  :dancingbanana:

I couldn't agree with you more, on your thoughts about this hobby, and

how the attachments, are such an important part of it. Maybe I missed it, but

I don't recall seeing your rock planter in that huge list of goodies.

Ok, I took some time today to go out in the garage, and crawl around for some pictures. I know they aren't the best, but when you are 6'-3" tall and have your tractors stacked on shelves in a two and half car garage, you do the best you can.

John Deere Model 31 tiller on the left, and Model 30 tiller on the right. The model 30 I started restoring two years ago and didn't get finished yet. The Model 33 tiller will be in my garage as soon as I finish installing siding on the neighbors shed:

kitchen and attachments 004.JPG kitchen and attachments 032.JPG

John Deere sun top and weather enclosure for the round fenders. I currently have three of these:

kitchen and attachments 005.JPG kitchen and attachments 006.JPG kitchen and attachments 007.JPG kitchen and attachments 008.JPG kitchen and attachments 021.JPG

John Deer Model 540 and 541 PTO Units. I'm currently in the process of purchasing the 542 PTO Unit from a fellow GTtalk member:

kitchen and attachments 012.JPG kitchen and attachments 009.JPG

John Deere 3-bow Surrey Shade. For some reason, I can't seem to find my Suburbia Umbrella's. When I find them, I'll update this post:

kitchen and attachments 013.JPG

John Deere Motorola AM fender mount radio:

kitchen and attachments 014.JPG

John Deere Hubcaps, Rear Wheel Weights, and Front/Rear Frame Weights:

kitchen and attachments 015.JPG kitchen and attachments 017.JPG

John Deere flat fender, front weight bracket. To be used with the frame weights as shown above:

kitchen and attachments 018.JPG

John Deere round fender adapter. This one allows the use of a flat fender Model 43 blade to be mounted to the round fender tractors. I also have a flat fender adapter (I can't find right now) that allows the use of a round fender Model 36 Snow Thrower to be mounted to the flat fender tractors:

kitchen and attachments 019.JPG

Early brass tag John Deere Model 80 dump cart with a serial number that matches one of my '63 110's, and a later brass tag Model 80 dump cart with grass catching system, that's serial number is within a couple of digits of my '65 110. Can't get to the Model 8, Model 50, or the aluminum tagged Model 80 dump carts, but will update when I can. I currently have six dump carts total:

kitchen and attachments 016.JPG kitchen and attachments 020.JPG

John Deere round fender headlights and tail light:

kitchen and attachments 023.JPG kitchen and attachments 024.JPG

John Deere manual lift helper springs:

kitchen and attachments 025.JPG

John Deere Model 36 Snow Throwers:

kitchen and attachments 026.JPG

Various size John Deere Mower Decks. Sizes include - 34", 38", 41", 46", and 48":

kitchen and attachments 029.JPG

John Deer Model 42 six-way blade. This one is currently waiting to be restored. I can't get to my second one. I also have two of the Model 42 four-way blades, but can't get to either one of them either:

kitchen and attachments 030.JPG kitchen and attachments 031.JPG

John Deere round fender hitches, and a flat fender hitch:

kitchen and attachments 033.JPG kitchen and attachments 036.JPG

New old stock, early John Deere flat fender tractor cover:

kitchen and attachments 034.JPG

John Deere flat fender headlight bezels:

kitchen and attachments 037.JPG kitchen and attachments 039.JPG

John Deere flat face rear rims. These are usually found on the 1970 112's, 120's, and 140's. I currently have four sets of these:

kitchen and attachments 042.JPG

John Deere Model 38 mower mulch plate:

kitchen and attachments 044.JPG

The Mighty Mac Chipper/Shredder. Currently set up for an Allis Chalmers B Series garden tractor, but I'd like to convert it to fit one of the round fenders someday:

kitchen and attachments 011.JPG

Oh, and did I mention I have just about every brand of tire and rim size that John Deere offered for their garden tractors:

kitchen and attachments 027.JPG kitchen and attachments 028.JPG kitchen and attachments 040.JPG

The other items that I can't get to, but will post when I can, will be all of the items mentioned above that aren't posted, plus the John Deere Model 20 air compressor, the John Deere Model 5B pull type sprayer, the John Deere Model 43 blade, the Brinly 12" plow, the Brinly Cultivator, the single gang Allis Chalmers disc, the Blitz Fogger Unit, and the Gilson rear wheel weights. As for additional accessories, all of my tractors have headlights and tail lights, hubcaps, and original cigarette lighters.

Now, Alan and Kenny, do you guys feel better, and will this hold you over for a little while? :smilewink:

Also,thanks for this great thread.

Thanks Will. I've wanted to do a thread like this for a while now, but wasn't sure how well it would be accepted. Glad to see that everyone is enjoying it as much as I am.

I'd like to start another thread, combining all of the different brands of manufacturer's literature, advertisements and handouts, just so we can all see what was available back then. I find this stuff exciting, and enjoy seeing all of the different options and brands all on one thread. Saves a lot of time in the evenings from searching all of the individual threads.

Great job Guys!! You all have very interesting pieces, and you all should be proud. It shows that you all care very much about your collections, and take a lot of pride in your accomplishments. Long live this hobby for many years to come!
