These are the best pictures I could find, the fellow who restored this AMF1010 did a superb job.

There was an AMF listed for sale on Craigslist a while ago and I should have snagged it up. It wasn't painted original colors but I would like to get one because there were a couple of my family members who worked for AMF before it became the Harley Davidson plant here in York. I don't know if any tractors were actually made at that plant, I do know they had a bomb line that my grandfather worked on. I remember him talking about it but I was knee high to a grasshopper then.

I have a blue and white AMF1010 that I was going to use for a parts mower for a MF10 restore. This is missing the motor, but the rest of the entire body is intact. I don't have an appetite (YET) to restore 2 mowers, but wondering if this is a desirable tractor and I should leave it alone until I am ready or pass it on to someone else. I stole the lift kit for a tiller off this, but nothing else yet. I was thinking about robbing the headlights and a few other parts.

Thanks. I am hoping to snap some pictures this weekend. With young twins, I don't have much time to play in the garage. All my free time is enjoying my girls.
