Hi everyone,

There are some lawn mower poker runs coming up and I was wondering if anyone else out there had them? My girlfriend said she would go with me, but she did not wnat to be pulled in a wagon or trailer, but wanted to drive her own mower. I told her to pick one. Lol. She hasn't decided which Panzer she's gonna use, but she did tell me she wants it to be PINK!!!! Guys, do I let her paint it? I don't really care, because she would paint one that needs paint anyway. I could always paint it again, right? She wants it to be Hot Pink with black wheels and black accents. I told her I didn't really care, but didn't want any part of painting it! She has gone to 3 or 4 stores looking for the "Perfect color." She is actually excited to paint it and to go on a poker run with me, my brother and his girlfriend. My brother has a Bolens 1668 Hydro. (Pics below). He thinks it's an '89.

His girlfriend said she wanted to drive a mower too. She said she would paint one, but she wanted pink camo. Oh geez! Do I sacrifice these poor old machines to the women? I'm afraid theirs may turn out looking better than mine. Lol.

What do you guys think?

Judging by the look of you and your brother, I think it might

be in your best interest to let the girls paint the tractors however

they like. :smilewink:  :poke:

Kidding, of course, but if they want to get involved in the tractor fun, that's

just great. Help them out, and make sure they don't paint any chrome, or anything

that can't be undone.

Let them have at it!  It will be a lot of fun for both of you and it will make a memory the two of you won't soon forget.  Be sure to get a lot of Pic's.  I've gone on quite a few poker runs but not on a tractor.

Yes, let them paint the tractors and get involved with it. But I can't understand why you wanted to hide their faces?? It's only a tractor site.

Let her do it! This would be a great opportunity for both of you to share in the fun. Paint it pink and raise Breast Cancer awareness through the Susan G Komen Foundation!

There was a very nicely done pink Panzer on Ebay not too long ago.  I thought there was a thread on here about it where someone might have save a picture but I sure can't find it now.

I'm good with just about anything you can do to get a significant other involved in your hobbies.
