Have D-18 with turning brakes option. They are discs on each side. Worn out for sure. Anyone know where to get new ones or have other options to repair? I haven't tried local brake repair shop yet, but will be asking soon.

I've been told Cub external brake pads are the same. Don't have one to tell ya for sure

Called a former WH dealer and Cub cadet too and he had some used CC ones that he said look similar and could compare to mine. He shows NO parts from Wheelhorse available now. I went to toro/wheelhorse sight and after finally getting pix of the parts book on there for my model, they had  all but the brakes option I have on mine and in my book. I tried brake part numbers and couldn't get on that site. I find that site one of hardest to use for searching for a part and not going anywhere. I don't even care to go there anymore. Will be going to his shop and looking soon. Still need to contact my brake wholesaler and see what he says on re-lining. Can't find any specs for thickness though of the lineing/puck material. Anyone??

Got some almost new pads from fella and came today. Not much thickness on them. Someone with NOS one's said 1/8" thick and that is what these have too. SO, guess good to go, just gotta get them in/on the tractor and try.

Yep, 1/8th is about right. Finally remembered to go out and look at mine.

1/8" of material sure isn't much for brake pads. No wonder these wear out so quick!
