If it's a real patio, it's a steal.  If it's a fake, it's still a decent deal IMHO.

Definitely a steal if it is the real thing.  70 was the only year that you could tell if it was a custom color tractor from the serial tag info.

I'm willing to bet that this tractor is the real deal. That dogwood white is very hard to match exactly, and that shade of dogwood white looks pretty darn original to me. There might have been some areas that were touched up, but if you look at the idler pulley hanging down from the bottom of the frame, I'd say that is original. A real shame that it will cost the buyer almost twice as much as the asking price, just for a decent orange seat. Tractor looks to be in real good shape. Patios never interested me, but if they did, this one would be a good one to start with.

Looks solid and well maintained as far as can be seen in the picture. A good price for sure!

There was a rusted patio at the Truck Show we went to last Sunday. I didn't even ask the price. Good Luck, Rick

This blue Patio also came up on Kijiji  too.  It's a JD Patio bonanza.  The fellow who owns it e-mailed me a few weeks ago asking if I was interested in it.  At that time he was asking $1500.  I assume it's still the same price now that it's listed on Kijiji.  (He was asking the same money for the 140 in the ad as well).
