Hello. Sorry it took so long for me to get this posted. I finally got the lawnmowers to slow a little coming into the shop. Been trying to get this on for awhile. Unable to get a clear picture of the can of paint but I will put all the info on the can as it reads

PlastiKote

manufacture:HONDA(NAM)

BRAND CODE:45506 Main Layer 45506

OEM Code:G51M

description: RICHMOND GREEN POLY

Mixing Scheme DELSTAR(DAR)

VOC reg 4.32 lbs/gal(518g/l)

Not sure what it all means but looks great coming out of a rattle can. We had this mixed by Colorwheel Paint store and putinto rattle cans.so foryou that like it thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

This is the paint on the 58 and 59 rams in the collection on my gallery.

Thanks for the codes

After some extensive detective work studying various original tractors and original NOS parts I would say the green mix used on your Ride-a-Matics is a tad dark and looks to be a little too much blue. (Please note I am not knocking your choice of paint used, just trying to get a 100% match for people to use for future Restorations)

I may be on to something here with the latest batch I've been working on. I'm going to try and experiment with some metallic paint flake to see how that works out.

I've now come to the conclusion that the metallic faded as the years progressed from being in the elements/ heat and matching paint from the chassis is not a good idea!

Even parts that were under the frame/engine were faded compared to the NOS parts I have been able to acquire.....
