It has nothing to do with tractors but I wanted to share this one with ye mates. Aryane duneboggey (13).JPG Aryane duneboggey (3).JPG

Sometimes I get off me GTs and do something else to change my mind. A couple tires from dead tractors and an engine from our kitty cat snowmobile and the kids are having fun for the summer while I spend my days in the barn!

In that front view pic, it looks like an Indy car without bodywork with those wide flat tires!

Looks like a fun toy! One thing you might want to add, is a seat belt. I see that the seat will not hold somebody from sliding around, and if her hand slips off the steering wheel around a turn there is nothing to keep her in.

I'm with Kenny, that would be fun to have.  I'm sure the kids will have a blast with it over the summer & beyond.

Will do will do :) As it usually is for most of us men Ive so much work that it will have to wait a bit before I get some stock steel and time to fix it up for it to be safe...and prettier too if I can ;)

I feel guilty. I just rushed into the project and wanted to make a quick job of it. I realised only too late that I had overlooked basic safety features.

By the way it only does 4mph not really the dangerous type yet, but I agree that a belt and roll bars are needed here

For now the buggy only has 60cc and refuses to climb the hill we have in the yard. I have to get a bigger engine maybe 80cc to 125cc. Anyway I have to dismantle the buggy to stretch it longer and rebuild the steering A frame....A swing arm off a dirt bike migh make a nice addition to the rear axle shaft, a nice little set of roll bars... and fogs...maybe moving the throttle from pedal to the steering wheel...electric start? A tranny with reverse gears?

:hitting_self_roller:

I think Ill have a lot o work this summer
