Been working on this thing off/on for last year or so. Finally finished and operates easy for granddaughter to drive. Decals on today, all leaks fixed now and ready for shows. Here's couple shots.

For turning a tractor completely girlie, I think it worked really well.  :D

 

Your granddaughter will love it, and I think you will make a memory for her that will last nearly forever.

Great job. It will be a memory for her long after all of us are gone. My wifes' homemade tractor from when she was 11 is now 50+ years old and is still a treasure. Memories like this give us a little bit of life after we a gone. Good Luck, Rick
