Tahoe, I have no problem with that color at all, and I think that car is sharp!  While I may not purposely search out a vehicle that color, if I found a car  that fit me, that color wouldn't stop me from buying!  Now painting one of MY tractors that color would be a different story.  :smilewink:

Thanks. I get ribbed about having a "purple" car, but yet have had quite a few "men" want to buy it from me.

Now, if I could find a nice 5.3L for a V8 swap :smilewink:

Did it come with a mullet? :rocker2:

What engine does it have now. Neighbor had a 3.4 auto Camaro. (He wound up sellin git to me for $200 and I crushed it - I hated that car had to work on it a couple of times)  Wife's 2.8 5 speed S10 would out run it without even trying hard. Had another buddy that had one with the 3.8 it was a good mover.

I prefer the Third gens myself.

OP - Better to have low testosterone for a day and a wife to play with than testosterone to spare and an empty bed.

If I let my hair grow, probably end up with just a big pony tail in the back, not much left up top to finish the mullet look :wallbanging:

It has the 3.8L, not a bad motor. I actually have to be careful sometimes, with low tread tires and the 3.08 out back, she breaks loose pretty easy. I gotta watch it or I will get a ticket someday. I actually got a "pucker" scare a few weeks ago, went to accelerate around someone doing 50mph, and back tires started spinning :rocker2:

I want another late 2nd gen, had 4- '79-81's some years back, wouldn't mind another, but then got a few other cars on my want list too.
