I am having an issue with my Gravely 818T not starting with key. I have replaced ignition & selonoid checked wires etc. The only way I can get it to start is jumping it with a screw driver. Can you please help?

If you have a wiring diagram you could go through the circuit and check all the connections and switch contacts to make sure they are all good. One thing to check is the chassis connection between the solenoid coil and the - terminal of the battery. If this is not 100% you can get problems making the solenoid engage. An easy test would be to measure the voltage at the solenoid start terminal when the key is in the start position. Should be 12volts. If the solenoid still won't engage check the voltage from the start terminal to the frame of the solenoid. This should also be 12volts. If it's less than you have a bad connection between the solenoid frame and the battery - connection.
