Looks like an MTD 990, but plenty messed up with junk attached or changed. Must have orig grill out of it and can't tell if the right hood either. Kind of like they put diff brand front end on it. Blower? have no idea myself.

Thats my thought as well.  Sure has that hood and steering column look of an elec trak.

I saw one just like that in the Wal Mart clearance isle recently. It was a little bit shinier though.

2 engines! It looks like the fenders were from a 990.  A unique GT for sure.

I did some searching with Google, and it looks like it started life as an MTD Lawn Flite.
